Young adults who entered the UK as minors and are aged 18 or over and under 25 and lived at least half of the life in the UK continuously can apply for leave to remain under Appensix Private Life.
An application for an initial leave to remain as a young adult is made in accordance with requirements as set out in Appendix Private Life of the Immigration Rules. An applicant who meets the eligibility requirements will be granted initial leave to remain for either 30 months or 60 months, as requested by the applicant. A person granted leave to remain as a young adult can apply for ILR through Super Priority Service either after 5 years or after 10 years of living lawfully in the UK. An application for leave to remain as a young adult can be submitted to the Home Office UKVI through Super Priority Service to get decision on your application within 24 hours.
